A reduction of £25 per week is offered when only one bedroom is occupied.

Rates

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per week is required to secure a booking.

The balance is payable four weeks in advance of the first day of a let.

If a booking is made less than four weeks before the first date of occupancy, the full amount will be required at the time of booking.

Rates included duvets, pillows, tea towels and all bed linen.
Electricity is provided through a £1.00 coin slot meter.
The Rayburn may be used for cooking at a rate of £3.00 per day.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome, but please bring your pet’s own familiar feeding bowls and bed.

The cottage is available throughout the year for long or short breaks.
Changeover day is normally Saturday
