The ground floor has an entrance lobby, sitting room, farmhouse kitchen, utility room and toilet.

The large dual-aspect sitting room is designed for comfort and relaxation. A television, radio & CD player, DVD, and
video recorder are provided.
Patio doors lead out to the garden.

The farmhouse kitchen with flagstone floor and modern units is fully equipped to a high standard, including a ceramic hob,
a grill/combination microwave cooker, and a gas-fired Rayburn.

Nearby is a toilet, and a utility room housing a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and
additional storage.

A feature staircase leads from the sitting room to the upper floor where there is a spacious twin bedded room overlooking the garden, and a double bedded room, with built in wardrobe.

Both bedrooms have wash hand basins, shaver points and ample storage.

The modern bathroom has a bath, hand basin, shower and toilet.

To the rear of the cottage is a small peaceful and private garden on two levels, with ‘sun trap’ patios and a table and chairs for relaxation.
A barbecue is available.

In the courtyard at the front of the cottage there is small garden and sitting out area, and parking for one car.
